Jimmie L. Billingsley
Jimmie L. Billingsley, 74, of Union, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, October 16, 2010 following a brief illness.
He retired from the Anchor Fabricating Company, where he worked for 32 years as a metal spinner. Billingsley was a veteran having proudly served during the Korean Conflict in U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Barbara S. Billingsley; his parents Malcolm and Ora Billingsley; and brothers Bobby and Lowell Billingsley of Pikeville.
He is survived by his brothers Billy Billingsley, and Wendall and Elaine Billingsley; and sisters Patricia and Clifford Nail of Pikeville, and Anita and Larry Dillard, and Phyllis and Ron Wilson of Chattanooga; son and daughter-in-law Randy and Marilyn Terry of West Milton; daughter and son-in-law Nancy and William Chastain of Dayton; grandchildren Jeff, Chris, Kelly, Kristie, Jarrod and Samantha; great-grandchildren Corey,Lindsey, Calder, Gabe, ,Emma and John; and many nieces, nephews and family members.
Funeral services were held on October 20 in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Mike Callihan officiating. Internment followed the service at Royal Memorial Gardens.
