Earl Keedy

    Earl Keedy, 78, of Pikeville died Monday, October 18, 2010.

    He was preceded in death by sisters, Cleo Shannon, Blanche Lewis and Ruth Erwin; brothers, Bud, Frank, Ed and Jim Keedy; and grandson, Jason Keedy.

    Survivors include his wife Helen Keedy of Pikeville; daughters, Joyce (Buster) Keedy and Shirley Clingan, both of Pikeville, Pauline (Tony) Lawson and Peggy (Billy) Whittaker both of Crossville; sons Frankie (Linda) Hedgecoth and James Earl (Tina) Keedy, both of Pikeville; 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; one special niece, Angela Bowling; sister, Jeral Dene Walling; brother Bobby Joe Keedy, both of Pikeville; several nieces and nephews.

    Services were held October 20 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Doyle Ashburn and Bro. Ken Norris officiating. Burial was in Tollett Cemetery.
