Amanda Hope Colvard-Richards

    Amanda Hope Colvard-Richards, 35, died Sunday, July 12, 2009 from injuries received in an accident in Florida where she resided.
    She was a loving mother, daughter and sister who touched the lives of everyone she met.
    She was preceded in death by her grandparents Ruth Brown and Norman and Anna Hepner.
    She is survived and will be sorely missed by her parents Dan and Sue Colvard of Pikeville and Mark and Cindy Russell of Dayton; children Zakary Kramer, Alec Roberts, and Michael, Brylee, Andrew and Allyson Richards; sister Angie (Randy) Farley; brothers Michael (Aimee) Colvard and Matthew Colvard all of Pikeville; grandparents Landon and Graham Colvard and Stanley Brown all of Pikeville.
    The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 16.
    A celebration of her life will be held at the Pikeville Church of God on Friday, July 17 at 2:00 p.m. with Ronnie Colvard officiating. Burial will be in Pikeville Cemetery, followed by a white dove release.
