County agrees to purchase land for medical facilities

Steps were taken Monday evening, April 17, to purchase up to ten acres to build a medical plaza for Erlanger doctors, emergency room, outpatient facility, ambulance service and the Bledsoe County Health Department. Local woman pleads in tax evasion case

A “best interest plea” was entered in Circuit Court by a Bledsoe County businesswoman charged with tax evasion. The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to Sybil Marjean Stanley’s charge.
